Freight Terms and Conditions

Undeclared shipments will have a limited liability of $100.00. Receipt by consignee will be prima facia evidence that shipment has been delivered in good condition. Glass, liquids or ceramics are not insurable and are shipped at your own risk.
Claims
We must receive notice of a claim due to damage (visible or concealed), shortage, or failure to properly collect or deliver a C.O.D. payment within 21 calendar days after delivery of the shipment. We must receive notice of all other claims (mis-delivery or nondelivery) within nine months after the package was given to Metro Courier for shipment.
Signatures
It is Metro Courier's policy to obtain a signature for all deliveries. If a signature will not be obtainable, please make arrangements to secure a signature release.
